Interregional Coordination
The papers in this section discuss the pricing and scheduling of interchange between, rather than within, ISO-coordinated markets in circumstances in which interchange transactions impact the flows on transmission constraints internal to the ISOs. These papers also discuss the related topic of interregional congestion management.
